By purchasing from Peptide Lab ("we", "us", "our"), you ("Buyer", "Customer", "Researcher") agree to the following legally binding Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Product Use and Legal Compliance

All products listed on this website are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. The chemicals and compounds available are not for human or animal consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

By purchasing from us, the Buyer explicitly acknowledges and confirms that:

• They are a qualified researcher or are affiliated with a research institution equipped to safely handle these materials.
• They are fully aware of the health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the purchased products.
• They are familiar with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations regarding the possession and use of these research chemicals.

2. FDA Disclaimer

The statements made regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body. Our products are exempt from regulations governing dietary supplements and pharmaceuticals, as they are not sold for consumption.

3. Right to Refuse Service

Peptide Lab reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion. If we suspect, through communication or order history, that a customer intends to use our products for anything other than approved in-vitro research, the order will be immediately canceled and the user will be permanently banned from our platform. Do not contact us asking about human dosing, ingestion, or injection. Such inquiries will result in an immediate block.

4. Indemnification and Liability

The Buyer assumes 100% of the liability and risk associated with the use, storage, and disposal of our products. By purchasing, the Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptide Lab, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• The Buyer's mishandling, misuse, or unintended consumption of the products.
• Any violation of local, state, or federal laws by the Buyer.
• Any third-party claims resulting from the Buyer's actions or negligence.

In no event shall Peptide Lab be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products.

5. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Peptide Lab. By placing an order, you certify that you meet this age requirement.

6. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Peptide Lab is registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
