This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to orders placed through the Peptide Lab Pty Ltd website.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Peptide Lab Pty Ltd reserves the right to delay or withhold dispatch where additional payment, order, customer or compliance verification is reasonably required.

Shipping & Delivery

All Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Post, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate only. Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

•Australia Post or carrier delays
•Remote or regional delivery locations
•Public holidays and peak periods
•Severe weather or other disruptions
•Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

Once an order has been dispatched, carrier delivery times are outside our direct control.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their name, delivery address and other shipping information are complete and accurate before submitting an order.

Peptide Lab Pty Ltd is not responsible for additional costs or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where required by law.

Where an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or other customer-related issue, additional shipping fees may apply before the order is resent.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within a reasonable period after its expected delivery date, please contact us within 7 days and provide:

•Your order number
•Details of the issue
•Photographs of damaged products and packaging, where applicable
•Any other information reasonably required to investigate the matter

We may lodge an investigation with Australia Post or the relevant carrier. Investigation and resolution timeframes may depend on the carrier.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Returns & Refunds

General Returns

Due to the nature and integrity requirements of our research products, Peptide Lab Pty Ltd generally does not accept returns once products have been dispatched, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or otherwise agreed by us.

Change of Mind

We do not generally provide refunds, exchanges or store credits for change-of-mind purchases.

Customers should carefully review product information and ensure that the products ordered are appropriate for their intended laboratory or research application before completing an order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you believe you have received a product that is:

•Faulty or defective
•Incorrectly supplied
•Damaged during delivery

please contact us as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery, preferably within 48 hours, so that we can investigate the issue promptly.

We may request:

•Your order number
•Photographs or video of the product and packaging
•Batch or product information
•A description of the issue
•Return of the affected product where reasonably required

Where an issue is confirmed, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, refund, repair or other remedy, depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing contained in this Shipping & Returns Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Where there is any inconsistency between this policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, your statutory rights will prevail.

4. Order Refusal & Cancellation

Peptide Lab Pty Ltd reserves the right, where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, to:

•Refuse or cancel an order
•Limit quantities purchased
•Request additional information or verification
•Decline to supply products

This may occur where we reasonably identify concerns relating to payment verification, product availability, suspected fraud, regulatory or compliance requirements, eligibility requirements, suspected misuse, or use inconsistent with the stated purpose of our products.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed and no products have been supplied, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Research Use
